This is a perfect meal for anytime or occasion. They are fast and easy to make and the ingredients store well for on the road.

All natural pickles (optional)
Cook hamburger meat into patties and season with salt and pepper. Peel off iceberg lettuce into large pieces. Stack a few pieces together and top with hamburger patty and all the other toppings. Top with a few more large pieces of iceberg lettuce.
Alternate variation: Use fermented pancake mix for buns (recipe coming soon)

Meat of choice cut into strips
Veggies of choice chopped (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, etc.)
honey or molasses
Oil for pan
Add oil to pan and heat to medium heat. Add strips of meat and cook until half way done. Add chopped veggies. Season to taste and add honey or molasses to taste. Done when veggies are tender.

1 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons cold butter
Mix all ingredients except butter. Cut butter into little slices and add to the dough. Mix butter in with hands until well blended. Press out with hands into greased pizza pan or pie pan. Add filling or toppings and bake. Can be used for pizza or pies.
